Today I found a chestnut outside, I guess fall is on it's way as well.
Earlier this week I was in Central Park and photographed the skyline you get to see on the east side of the park overlooking the Jacky Kennedy Onassis Reservoir (now, that's quite a name for a pond, don't you think?) But it's one of my favorite spots in the park, especially because there is a 1.5 mile jogging track around the reservoir that I sometimes use when I go for a run.
{Weekend in Black and White}
Great B&W compositions!
ReplyDeleteWell done!
This is marvellous, Nellie - reminds me of the very old days - They are both made so well!!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful and dramatic b&w photos!
ReplyDeleteI love them Nellies - they are beautiful!! Oh the things we learn! You run?? You run as well as everything else?? Wow!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post!
ReplyDeleteI like the effect in the first one where the trees are cocooning the hustle and bustle of the distant city. I like the slightly upward tilt of the camera, too.
ReplyDeleteI really like these two photos, and the first one is my favorite! A bit dramatic and very well composed!
