So cool. There is a guy here where I live who walks dogs for people every day. I talked with him once to find out the most he has had at one time and he said 12 was it. Yesterday I saw him and he had about 6 or 7 all except one were of the same color reddish blond and all different sizes.
I just love how NYC embraces and accepts our canine friends! My curiosity is shrieking - does the dog walker usually own a van or something and go around collecting each dog from all over NYC then returns them and, many would be up several flights of stairs???? He must a double parked a lot of the time. I'm so curious.
Hi Rose, I don't think many of these dog walkers have a van. I live only one block from Central Park and there are a LOT of dogs in the neighborhood, I think that a dog walker can easily pick up all the dogs just by walking a few blocks. And I think it is safe to say that he/she probably has to walk a few stairs. I don't think all the buildings have elevators. I know mine doesn't and I live on the fourth floor.....But after a while you get used to it, up and down several times a day.
Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving your comments, it is very much appreciated! (even though I do not always have time to thank you). Whenever you have questions I always try to answer them in the comments. Have a great day!
Very nice picture, love to see all the doggies have a walk with this "hunk".

ReplyDelete@ Sinbad and I on the Loose: It always amazes me that those dogwalkers can walk with so many dogs. I was impressed by this one as well, with 8 dogs!
